Care for Life

Pediatrics

“Children are not small adults” is a concept that we at Green Prosthetics & Orthotics take very seriously. Children who require a prosthetic, bracing, or a cranial helmet, first and foremost are children. And while they maybe young, we’ve found that they are expert adapters, clever, and true optimists. They rarely “give up”. Often times they find their “own way” of doing things in order to keep pace with their peers.

Just as it is normal for children to wear out clothing and outgrow shoes, so it is with braces and prosthetics. Patients from infants to 18 years of age can expect to see their providers several times a year for potential modifications, replacements, alignments, and education. Clearly — care for life.

WHY CHOOSE GREEN PROSTHETICS & ORTHOTICS?

As with all our patients, Green Prosthetics & Orthotics takes a “team approach” to providing care for each child. Having the physician, therapists, family, and one or more of our practitioners all working together is critical to helping each child live life to the fullest and move beyond any perceived limitations.

We provide a high level of comprehensive services based on 70 years of experience utilizing advanced technology where possible and appropriate.
