INSURANCE COVERAGE & PATIENT FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS

Our Patient Care Coordinators will verify your coverage and maximize your benefits. We have experience with all pay sources including Private Insurance, Medicare, Workers’ Compensation, Vocational Rehabilitation, and Disability Claims. Our staff can assist with letters of medical necessity, prescription fulfillment, and appeals in the event your request for authorization is denied.

We are an “In-Network” provider for most insurance companies and work with many others on an “Out-Of-Network” basis.

INSURANCE DEDUCTIBLES & CO-PAYS

Most health insurance policies require patients to pay for some portion of their healthcare expenses. These amounts are commonly referred to as deductibles and co-pays. If you are unsure of the amounts you may be required to pay contact your insurance company or during your visit we will help determine your individual financial responsibility. It is important to determine what your insurance covers before you begin treatment.

To find out if we work with your insurance company and what deductibles and/or co-pays you may be responsible for Contact Us and a Patient Care Coordinator will be happy to help.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

Unfortunately, having health insurance doesn’t always guarantee that your particular prosthesis or orthosis will be covered. For those patients that fall into this category we have partnered with CareCredit which provides financing specific to the healthcare needs of patients. The application process is quick and can be done in any one of our offices. Our Patient Care Coordinators can provide you with detailed information about the program as well as assist you through the application process.

There are many other caring organizations with information and resources that may be able to help.
