Organization and Core Values

Many of us at one time or another experienced what it was like to be a part of an exceptional team. It was a collection of individuals who worked together, had a set of common goals & values, trusted one another, complemented each others’ strengths, and compensated for each others’ limitations. The team often times produced exceptional results. It might have been in sports, in business, in school, or in the performing arts.

At Green Prosthetics we look to recreate those experiences wherever possible. It is not only evident in what we do but also in how we’re organized.

Our Organization

Currently all employees participate on one or more of our internal teams. We have six (6) teams who meet regularly. They include:

  • Keystone Team – staffed by Practitioners primarily focused on clinical quality and patient safety.
  • Power Team – staffed by Patient Care Coordinators focused on improving the overall patient experience, including insurance coordination.
  • Sense Team – focused on materials handling, accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
  • Tech Team – focused on the design and build processes with an eye towards new tools, methods and technology.
  • Growth Team – focused on the initiatives and tactics associated with accomplishing the company’s long term goals and objectives.
  • Vision & Focus Team – establishing long term goals and objectives of the organization.
